Returns Policy
Want To Send Something Back?
You can post any or all items from your order back to us within 14 days of their arrival for a refund, provided that your items are in their original condition. The security tag must be attached and items must be in their original condition. Returns must arrive within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Please fill in the returns form on your customer profile and post any items back to the address provided. Please make sure any items you are returning are packaged up safely. If items arrive in a damaged condition, you will not be refunded.
Please note that if you have ordered something customised, and agreed to the design and sizing, a return is not possible.
Before you return your order, please make sure that any items you are returning are unused and in a saleable condition. They must arrive back with the security tag attached. If your item arrives back with the security tag cut or missing, has been washed, or has any marks or signs of wear, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you have an issue with one of our items, please get in touch with us before sending your order back so that we can look into this for you.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need to return your order for a size change, please return your order and place a new order for the correct size.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, your return should be processed within 1-2 days, with a maximum of 30 working days in extenuating circumstances. You will receive an email with the details of your refund once this has been processed.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are waiting for an email from us to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item back to us before querying your return. If this time has passed, please contact us with your proof of postage so that we can look into this for you.
For faulty products:
If you are in the UK and the item you receive is incorrect or faulty, please contact us and we will send you a returns label to send this back to us. We will then post out a replacement once this has arrived.
For international customers, if the item you receive is incorrect or faulty, please contact us with your full name, order number and a description of the issue including images so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
We must be informed of any faulty orders within 14 days of delivery, please reach out to us via the Contact form or Instagram. If 14 days have passed, assistance is at our discretion.
Please note that any snags or pulls in knitwear through use are not covered as part of our faulty policy as these are signs of wear. Similarly, shrinking or stretching in the wash when not following the washing instructions are not covered. Please ensure all items are spot cleaned, hand washed in cold water or machine washed on a wool setting only. You can find our washing FAQ's here.
Worn returns:
Any items returned without security tags attached will not be refunded.
Any items returned with marks, snags, pulls, stains, body odour, excessive hair, heavy perfume or clear wear and/ or laundering will not be refunded. We will reach out via email if there are any issues with your return.
