Q: How long will my order take to be shipped?

A: We aim to post all orders out within 1-2 working days. Delivery time will depend on the destination country, however we do offer expedited options if you need your order to arrive quickly.

Q: Are your clothes UK or US sized?

A: All our clothing is made to UK sizes, however, please check our sizing chart to ensure you order the right size.

Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

A: All orders are processed separately. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can attempt to cancel this and you can re-order to add other products. Please reach out to us as soon as possible as once orders are packaged and ready to ship, this cannot be altered.

Q: What does Tencel feel like?

A: Our sister label Moxie The Label produces dresses made from Tencel, a fabric created from excess fibres from wood pulp manufacturing. The material is very soft and breathable, and is also naturally anti-bacterial. It's light and works well for both summer and winter options.

Q: What should I do with the packaging?

A: Our mailing bags are 100% bio-degradable, so you can simply put them in the bin, recycling or add them to your compost. Any paper stuffing can be recycled or re-used.

Q: How should I wash my clothes?

A: Our knitwear is best hand washed in a sink of cold water and a small amount of laundry detergent. Remove any hoops and chains if possible. Massage the material gently with your fingers and leave to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse the knitwear thoroughly with cold water to avoid stretching and gently squeeze the water out. Dry flat. 

If you are unable to hand wash items, please use a Wool setting on a washing machine and dry flat.

Bunnyclava's and Bonnets cannot be machine washed as they will stretch. It's best to spot clean these items to lift any stains as fully submerging the hats in water will cause stretching of the crochet. 

Moxie The Label dresses are machine washable. Wash them at 30 degrees and on a low spin to avoid any shrinkage or excess wear of the material. Make sure to wash with similar colours.

Our items do not need to be tumble dried, and this may cause shrinkage so please avoid. Please lightly steam non-knit dresses to remove any creases if needed. Do not iron.
