Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are purchasing a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made around delivery times are subject to any postal delays for which we are not responsible.

 

Confirmation of Your Order

When you place an order via our website you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, however this is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been approved and we have debited your card for the total amount of your order.

 

Payment

Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check with your bank on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Orders will not be dispatched until this check has been completed.

 

Pricing and Availability

All prices are as stated, however Kinquette reserves the right to revise the price of our products at any time without notice.

Although we do our best to make sure that all descriptions, prices and details of our products are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and will let you know we are cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will issue a full refund.

If you cancel an order and have already paid, you will receive a full refund provided that the order has not already been shipped. Delivery costs are charged in addition to product costs and are clearly displayed during checkout and included in the total order cost shown on the order review page.

These files may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes and may not be altered in any way.
